The ST-Surzhik font is inspired by the work of the great Russian artist and typographer Georgy Narbut. It represents an exotic blend of Old Cyrillic forms, rounded Glagolitic script, early Petrine type, and Art Nouveau. The font has a distinctly “fairy-tale” character with a touch of retro romanticism. It can be used in branding, as well as in the design of books, magazines, films, and animations.
The “lowercase” and “uppercase” sets are the same size and function as stylistic alternates. They can be mixed and alternated to give text a more unique and personalized look.
