Tape is an old experiment (designed back in 2016) that only uses straight, unconnected strokes (like pieces of scotch tape) to form all possible shapes needed on the glyphs of a typeface. The result is rough and uncanny when used in large text sizes, but works (surprisingly well) in smaller text sizes, adding a touch of weirdness in otherwise boring pieces of text.
