Stepovik SP is a display typeface in a folk style, featuring a lively, slightly “dancing” rhythm. Its design inherits and reimagines the Slavic Ustav tradition: the bold silhouettes, stroke logic, and letter constructions are translated into a more modern, decorative presentation.
Internal notches and non-standard connections make the line expressive and handcrafted—as if it were woodcarving or a manual stamp rather than the sterile typography of a scribe.
